This week’s selection has folk music, office chair review, the new LotR series trailer, hardware and nature, all handpicked by Janos Szabo.
Scarborough Fair
We talked a lot about spices and herbs in one of the English classes we had. I’m not a great cook and my knowledge about those and cooking ingredients is very limited, so it was handy for me to get to know them – both in English and Hungarian. So during the class, I remembered this song and lyric, and that’s how it made to our Slack.
Office Chairs
We spend most of our waking hours in chairs. It is – or it should be – the most important equipment in your office, no matter where you are working from. There are huge price differences, but nowadays it is possible to buy a good office chair for the right price – if you know what to look for. Their channel with all the review videos can help with that.
The Rings of Power
Amazon announced a new Lord of the Rings series. The trailer looks amazing. My jaw was dropped when I read the budget was over 450$ million.
Top 5 Best GPUs
If you are into hardware or about to buy your new GPU, you must watch this video. It is a comprehensive guide about today’s GPUs. It goes through all the nVidia and Radeon cards, comparing them in detail. Some of the small details I could challenge, but all in all, it’s a good review of the market.
Crabs vs Stingrays
This one is more like a recommendation of the channel itself than the video. They are hilarious! The subject, the conversation and the animations are just superb! I peeked at their other videos, and all of them are of fantastic quality in the above.
This is a post in the Last Week in 5 Links series. We share a lot of interesting videos, articles and other types of content in our internal chat. We thought some of the info we come across could come in handy for others too. So each week we post five of the links we shared between ourselves in the previously selected by one of our team.
